Booking + deposits

• A deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
• Final pricing may vary if vehicle condition differs from what was described.

Cancellation

• Cancellations may incur a fee depending on notice given.
• We may reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

Service requirements

• Driveway/work area is required.
• Customer must provide water + power (extra charges may apply otherwise).
• Customer is responsible for any municipal/HOA bylaws regarding on-site washing/runoff.

Gift certificates

• Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from purchase.
• No refunds on gift certificate purchases.
• Service gifts must match the package + vehicle size at booking time.
